My mother switched to Verizon from Sprint; upgraded from 4s (was traded-in) to 5, the tech at Verizon store started download of pictures from the 4s on the store's wifi. We left the store before all photos were moved and he told us the download would continue when she connected to her wifi at home. Well, no it didn't. Tech will not return calls or emails. Are the pictures lost? She changed the phone number to old land line number when she upgraded so it's a new phone with a new number. Any chance to recover the (nearly 100) lost photos?
