Play Dead App Stops People Borrowing Your Phone

[FONT=&quot]Gizmodo has details today of an ingenious app with a slightly anti-social purpose! Basically, the Play Dead app, which comes from TapRadius, is designed to mimic the same screen that you see when your iPhone’s battery has been run down to nothingness. And why would you want to do that? Well according to Gizmodo, it’s so that you can stop your friends from borrowing your iPhone all the time and running down the battery themselves! Let’s hope they haven’t got an iPhone charger to hand though, or you’ll really be in trouble! In the iTunes blurb, the app’s designer says that his main reason for inventing it was to stop his four-year-old child always wanting to use his phone. and apparently it works a treat.[/FONT]
