the problem is i cannot connect my iphone to the itunes, this msg pop up, this iphone cannot be used because apple mobile device service is not started..
i delete the i tunes and all the programs which come with it like quick time and then i installed the latest version of i tunes but i got the same problem...

My son had that problem with his iphone 3, change the cable or try on another laptop or PC. With my son, there was a problem with that part where you plug your cable in the iphone which was faulty.
