Please help intall Cydia

I had jailbroken my iphone 4 using greenpoison amd today while uninstalling some files, something went wrong and I do not have Cydia anymore. I still have loader and when I try to install Cydia it says Cydia already installed. PLEASE HELP

Dont panic - Some basic info is needed though

3)Do you need to unlock your phone

I believe the unlock is out now so just follow one of the guides and update, jailbreak & off you go....

can someone tell me what unlocking your iphone is or does?

it makes your iPhone work on any Carrier.
