Please Help--- Iphone 3GS

HiI recently bought a old iPhone 3GS off my friend. It worked fine. I stupidly tried to jailbreak it with evasi0n. It worked still after that. Then when I opened cydia it said 'getting file packages' then rebooted. When it rebooted all my apps were gone except downloaded apps and Weather, Videos, Passbook, Reminders, Newsstand, Stocks and Voice Memos. I tried restoring it to a backup but that changed nothing. What should I do????
