Plz is unlocking iphone4 version 4.0.2 true or scam

please help me i called someone near my house about unlocking the iphone 4 . with version 4.0.2 and he said he can unlock it for 45 dolars. all i know that there is no unlock for iphone 4 version 4.0.2. is this guy real ????

Supposedly there is a way but I have yet to see anyone on here do it... I would wait for the devteams unlock. I'd hate to get stuck... It's no skin off his back if he messes it up....

thanx dany .i was just curious cuz i have version 4.0.2... but he knew how i suppose everyone would know. what makes him unlock this version while no one knows. i will maybe take a chance and see . what you think .

Well the worst that can happen is you can't use you sim for awhile and he doesn't get his $45...lol
