Can the police access deleted iphone 4 texts from a year ago? i was stupidly talking to someone from the past. Phone was destroyed, new one has been swiped several times just in case. Hunsabds cousin now works for PD unit that does surveillance and wire tapping etc and he wants to ask her if she can access the old deleted messages. They are through AT&T and happened a little over a year ago. Please help.

Most cell companies do not store the "contents" of a text just who they were to, date / time type of thing...
