Pre-Orders for iPhone 5C are on Friday the 13th; Pre-Orders for iPhone 5S are Unknown

During the big Apple presentation a couple of days ago, they indicated that pre-orders would begin on Friday, September 13th. Unfortunately, the Apple big-wigs in the presentation didn't clarify which new iPhones would have a pre-order start on that date. This left us assuming it would be both the iPhone 5C and the iPhone 5S. Unfortunately, it turns out that is not the case.

The pre-order on Friday will be for the iPhone 5C only, and Apple still has not released any word on when pre-orders for the iPhone 5S will begin. They did indicate a launch on September 20th, so it is possible there will not be a pre-order for it. We will keep an eye on things and let you know if anything changes.
