Previously downloaded apps not updating after jailbreaking my iPhone 4S

I have about 27 updates showing up on my AppStore icon and am unable to update any of them through reasons that I do not know. When I try to "Update All", I get the Apple ID showing up as "FAULTYCLONES.com", which is not my username, so putting my own password in proves counterproductive as it eventually tells me either "Your Apple ID or password is incorrect" or "Unable to connect to the AppStore". I've spoken to other people who have jailbroken their iPhones but nobody has had this issue but me so far.

Anybody know what's going on? Is there any manual way I can update them through syncing?

This is indicative of a pirated application, we will not support this.
