Printed screen captures are off center.

I'm trying to copy an estimate page from a website.

I have an HP wireless printer. After I "screen capture", I will crop, then print, and it's printing off center and the top is chopped off. I did "recalibration" page and scanner reset and still the same. Please tell me If you need more info.

Forgot to mention I tried rotating in the crop edit and it's still off center and chopped only rotated to a different side.
