Are these red spots in every picture you take and are they always in the same position? If so, there may be a fault in the image sensor. Your warranty would be expired by now and the repair cost from Apple would be about half the cost of a new phone.

A Genius Bar appointment at the nearest Apple Store would confirm what the problem is.

I tried searching for similar problems and the best solution is what scifan57 recommends, visit Genius Bar. Some had their iPhone replaced.
