Problem during calling someone on Iphone 3GS

Hi, i'm new here and i have problem with my Iphone 3gs when i call someone, and during call after some 4-5 minutes phone just shuts off like it's reinstalling...is it because some bug in iOS 5 or what..it happents to me in every call when i call someone not when someone calls me..

It's definately not an iOS problem as it isnt happening with any of our 3GS phones.

..so problem is in phone than?..i will update iOS to 5.1 today, maybe something will change than..

I updated my Iphone to iOS 5.1 and have I see problem is fixed, it was problem in last iOS 5.0.1

I had same problem but only when calling international and only prior to IOS 5.1
I am in UK and use O2
I haven't had that problem since, and I call Australia for over 40 minutes with no lock up.

Well, I don't know what happend, but yesterday it started again to drop calls and Iphone to shuts it off so it's mean that problem is in Iphone than
