problem in debuging app

Actually i am working in a company they given me a updated app code. and they given me a mac system to update some part of code. but whenever i try to compile it's shows two error
1.there is no sdk or path iphoneos
2.code signing identity 'iphone developer':......... does not match any valid ,non-expired ,code-signing certificate in your keychain.
is there any way to resolve these errors.

please help me .. i am new in this field.

1) You need to install XCode 4.3.1

2) You need to register as a developer.

i am already registered as a developer . actually i am using new mac system . than how to include certificate..
