problems with hide my folder app after restoring from icloud back up - help!

Can you help please?? I had problems with my phone and took it to the apple shop where they gave me a new phone, restored it from the lastest iCloud backup and now I can't get into the My folder. The storage in settings shows the content is still there however everytime I put the passcode in it says access denied. I have tried restoring from an older backup and deleting the app and re downloading it but nothing is working. Do you know any solutions please?
