Progress bar for Ipod app for Iphone 4

I have downloaded audiobooks using Itunes. They are downloaded as MP3 files for each individual CD for each book. When using Ipod to listen to these books, the progress bar shows the length of all the CDs for all the books (The value is 59:39:08) rather than the individual CD to which I am listening. Is there a solution to this problem? If not, is there a better app to use to listen to audiobooks stored as MP3 files downloaded using Itunes/
