Protective case needed to fit Lyco dock adaptor

I recently acquired an Apple dock with a Lyco adaptor together with a CaseMate slim case to use with my 4S. The CaseMate doesn't really protect the edges or the screen. Has anyone used a case with built in screen protector (not a peel on one) that will fit in the adaptor?

Cases that comes with a non-removable screen protector are fairly bulky. An example would be the Otterbox, which will not fit the Apple dock. The Apple dock is designed for a bare device. If you have a case, you'll need the original Apple dock that's suited for thicker devices, and you can use very slim shells with them, and you may be able to get them to cooperate.
