PwnageTool Failed Jailbreak HEEEEELLLLLPPP!

So my stupid brother tried to jailbreak my Iphone 4 after i updated it to 4.2.8. I used PwnageTool from the youtube video and he messed up and went through simple mode and now when I try to restore my device I get the error message "This iPhone [your name] iPhone could not be restored. This device isn’t eligible for the requested build." I just really need to restore my iphone, I don't want to jailbreak it or anything. I have no clue why he was messing with my phone and I really want to cry, I just want my phone back to normal please and thank you
