Pwntunes anyone?

Has anyone here tried Pwntunes? From what I've read its a nifty app that lets you enjoy your iphone music app without going through the hassle of syncing it through PC using the Apple proprietary iTunes. It provides an easy integration between your music files and iphone thus saves you time. How effective is this really?
