question with pre order from verizon

i pre ordered my iphone 5 from verizon on friday and when i pre ordered i got that my order had been received and that delivery date was the 21st but i still havent been charged to my credit card for it. Im curious if anyone has pre ordered through verizon and whether or not they have been charged for it or if i need to call and see whats going on

By what I am understanding this is normal and they will not charge your card until the order actually ships.

yes Apple do the same thing,when they ship the phone they will take the money.

alright guys thats what i was hoping but i just want to make sure everything was good and i get my phone on release day.
anyone have any idea when they'll begin shipping

I would guess that you will start seeing updates on the link that you got in your email where it as for order number and last name around Tuesday or Wednesday
