Questions about FaceTime

I am going to Ecuador in a few days. I have not used FaceTime much, but would like to use it to call home to my wife (in TX, she has an iPhone 4s) with no cost. The places where I will be staying in Ecuador have wifi.

If I call her and I am on wifi and she is connected to wifi, there will be no cost, CORRECT???

If I call her and I am on wifi and she is not on wifi, will there be any cost?

If you're both on WiFi, there will be no charge. If your wife is not on WiFi the FaceTime call will count against her cellular data allowance. Whether or not that's a problem depends on her monthly data allowance.
