Quick office pro hd

A complete newbie on the I phone and just received the beast but the question I have is I purchased the quick office pro had for my I pad and wanted to know if I have to purchase it again for the phone.
I will be using I cloud as I hoping it would link up somehow.

QuickOffice Pro HD is an iPad only application. So to get it an iPhone you will have to buy QuickOffice Pro.
