Quueston about tethering cost charge

Hi guy i need help!!! Recently i down load mywi so i could tethering with my laBtop and in my plan i have 2gb per month but the thing is when i use mylabtop where does the upload and down load come from? My 2gb?? Because i reAd About this article saying sth if at&t know about it they will charge me?? Please help. The place where im in does have internet at all lol

Yes, it will come off you 2mb! Be really careful... That won't last long surfing the web on a laptop! Miwi was good for dodging AT&T's fees for tethering but now that there is no unlimited plan it's not such a good idea.......

I have MyWiFi with an unlimited plan. I should be good to go.
One use I found for it was on a car trip. My wife has an iPod touch which requires wifi for email and internet access. If I turn the MyWiFi on on my iP4, she picks up the signal on her iPod and can check her email. Pretty cool.
