Random voice dialling?

Hi all. I have a brand new iPhone 4 32GB bought from the local Apple store. The problem is that it seems to activate voice dialling by itself, when sitting on the desk, in my pocket, in a car holder etc. This happens when the phone is locked.

Has anyone else had this happen to them? Found a fix?

LOL! Thats not good! I havent read anything on it but it would probably be best if you log a case with Apple's tech support for documentation purposes in case it continues. If i had this problem with my phone i would probably try reinstalling the firmware for the phone in hopes this corrects the problem.

Hi Guys, took the phone back to Apple store, who replaced it with new stock. They also voided my old sale and Apple Care, and created a new sale so that the warranty and Apple Care was for the full term from the date of the new phone. Excellent service.

So far no problems with the replacement.
