re-spring on shake?

4.2.1 tethered jb .. My device keeps re-springing everytime the phone shakes.

Anyone else experience this ?

Never came across this before. Have you installed anything recently...?

Go into Setting > Activator and check to see what the "Shake" setting has been assigned to. If it's "Respring" then uncheck it. If not: Try a reset. Close all apps then - Hold down the HOME, bottom button, and the SLEEP, top button, for about 10 seconds until the Apple icon appears, then release buttons. Allow it to reboot, it may take a few minutes, don't panic like I did, wait for it to reboot. Cures many weird problems on iOS devices.

I just did the new JB and it keeps re-springing everytime I shake the phone. Now I get the little greenpoison logo instead of the little pineapple. Takes about 5 secs to comeback.

Your best bet is probably to do a restore and jailbreak again. It's what I would try in your situation...
