The other day my contract ended with one network and I switched to another, I kept the same number and followed all the instructions to get it switched over which is all went amazingly.
Now... I have this dot on my voicemail, it's annoying like actually having a massive red spot on your face. You just want it gone, but it sits there all loud and proud like "HI LOOK AT ME
" I want it gone.
Anyway I've googled and nothing is working like:
Leaving myself an answerphone message
Resetting the phone
Turned my voicemail on and off
Turned off notifications for voicemail
I rang my network provider, the new one I've been looking forward to joining for their amazing BARGAINS and the scallywags told me the following:
"It is not a problem with your network, it is a problem with your phone... you need a new phone"
I HAVE AN IPHONE 4 AND THE ONLY SLIGHT PROBLEM IS A RED DOT WHY WOULD I NEED A NEW PHONE? I'd get a new phone if I could hunt him down and ram mine up his nostril.
Can anyone help me please?
