Registering iphone 4s

Hi ok here's my problem

I was studying in the UK when I bought my ipod touch. so I registered my UK debit card to my apple id account.

now I'm back in my home country Malaysia and I just got the iphone 4s

However I can't change the registration country to Malaysia because itunes will not accept my malaysian mastercard debit card (for I dunno what reason)
I plan to get a malaysian credit card soon.

so the question is, can I change the address my iphone 4s is registered to at a later point in time? Currently registered to my previous uk address

go into settings and then tap on store and at the bottom you will see your apple id, tap that then view account and you can change all the settings there, as long as malaysia is a supported country then you will have no problems in doing so
