I must admit I am not enthusiastic about "having" to come here.
I am a business user whose company used BB's. Mine is 3 years old and is starting to have issues so called IT dept and they said new BB's are coming just hold on and I will get you one. YEAH!!!.
Got an email last week and it said we haven't forgot you but we are going to iphones.
I am not new to iphones cause wife has had 1 for 4 years and I am tech support for it. I have a GED Xoom tablet. (stock android) I know of the many issues I have with this device/software for the last 2 years.
So list of issues with iphone.
1. Keyboard. I have to type lots of long emails on phone to help customers. Wifes kb is ok but I would find myself getting frustrated if typing long mails and auto-correct is not real pleasent experience (especially when your fingers go faster than your brain like mine does). Used a customers Z10 a few weeks ago while in Canada and he had to pry it out of my hands before I left. LOL. KB was amazing.
2. BB travel. If you have used BB travel and you travel every week you know this is best out there bar none. On Iphone you have World Mate (which designed the BB app). 2 problems with it. You have to pay 10.00 and you still have to forward travel emails to get it to show up. BB trawls your email and auto puts it into cal.
3. Itunes. I hate this software. Google store is much better organized (IMHO). Also hate having to use it to sync something to computer instead of just plug and drag drop. (Haven't upgraded to IOS 6 on wifes so don't know if that has changed)
I know if iphone is final decision I will "get use to it" but the way I use my phone (except for the browser, current BB is bad, even though new one is supposed to be awsome) I feel like I have to go backwards and will have find work arounds to make life easier. (yeah, I know, first world problems).
