Reminder app with alarm even if the iPhone on a silent mode ?

Sometime I put my iPhone X on a mute (silent mode).

Is there a reminder app (paid or free) that its alarm goes off even when the iPhone on the (mute) silent mode?

I always put mine on “Do Not Disturb” that allows Alarms to sound but quits all other notification or noise.

When I put my phone on silent overnight (button on the side? The alarm always sounds in the morning, not sure if I’ve altered any settings but don’t recall setting anything up
