Reminders app does not work! No '+' button!! HELP

I just downloaded iOS5 and the Reminders app can not be used because there is no '+' where others do have it. Is there anyway to fix this? Does anyone else have this problem?

Faintly in right hand corner. Had to hit a couple times but it works.

I believe Reminders has to be tied to an iCloud account. Then it has to be turned on in Settings.

Be sure you are trying to add a new reminder and not a new list name

Hi,
When install first time, you have no list and can't see the (+)
At the top you have two options (List or Date), click on list, you will see "Completed". Hit the search button (top left corner), you will get a search window and there is and "Edit" button (top right corner), then creat a new list, I named it (To do) then choose this new list ,,,,,,,, wallllaaa,,,,, you will see the missing (+) icon
