remove game center ??

is it possible to remove the game center from my vip4 ? its a real pain. i dont plan on plaing games where i have to connect to others.

my phone is jailbroken....

Just put it in a folder along with the other apps you don't use (stocks for example) and put it on a separate springboard page. You will soon forget about them...

thats a fair work around. the problem i have is that when i launch my games i keep getting the notice to join the game center. this is what i want to do away with.

if your jailbroken download sbsettings then you can open sbsettings go to more then hide icons turn on any icons you want to hide

there might be a popup blocker for those

There is a great little app in Cydia called 'Poof'. It allows you to hide / unhide icons that you don't want to see.

I've hidden icons like game centre, nike, safari, the default weather icon and stuff like that, that I don't want showing up.

If you have sb settings it has a hide icon function in the 'more' option...

if you jailbreak you can use openSSH and just delete the gamecenter.app.. i do that with crap apps like weather and stocks... dunno why i need them crappy apps for and itunes icon thing where you buy songs... frack that... i never use it pay for ringtones? lol funny
