No worries. Even if someone has your phone and it's connected to your iTunes it shouldn't matter. They wouldn't know the password to purchase any apps. They could only download the free ones.

I believe you can call Apple or who ever you have service threw and have them shut the phone down and wipe it so nobody can use it or get to your contacts.
