Replaced Batt-now getting "no SIM"

I replaced the battery on my Iphone 3GS according to the clip on YouTube. When I reattached all the numbered tabs, I could not find tab #3. I put the unit togeterh anyway and it works, but I keep seeing a message in top left of screen "no SIM card. Can anybody tell me where this tab #3 is? Or, what my problem might be?

Tab #3 is under tab #2
