i have iphone 5 jailbroken 7.1.1. i need to install this boot logo which has white apple with black background. just simple no other colors. i think its on iphone 6.

Kindly help me how do i do it?

Which tweak should i download from cydia?

Late response, but for theme requests in particular, I'd recommend taking it to /r/iosthemes as there are many experienced artists or themers there that can either recreate it or want it as well. IIRC, there's already one for the iPhone 5/5C/5S from a while back that someone requested and made. You can try trolling through the subreddit or on /r/jailbreak
