Reset???

Hey there I had a problem where a message keeps popping up about an accessory that's not optimized for this iPhone the msg has since come back and I was wondering is there any way to reset the whole phone back to how it would be if you jus bought it from the shop??

No accessory bought did a full iTunes restore too has got me stumped
