Hi. I have iphone 4 ios 5.1.1 jailbroken. I was fine with my phone until yesterday i off my phone. Off as in (slide to power off) Then when i on it again. It keeps on respringing for how many times i cannot remember. When i try to unlock my phone , it will respring. I dont know what i did that suddenly its back to normal because i just press the power and home button repeatedly. My question is i cannot off my phone at all? Or anyone know why is this happening to me?

You can try 3 things I think.
Hold both home and power button til you see the Apple logo. When you see the Apple logo, press and hold on the "volume up" button through the whole reboot. Don't let go until the phone boots.
Once booted remove that last or more of the very last tweaks you installed.
Or
Download the latest resn0w, enter DFU mode and boot tethered.
Or
DFU restore. DO not restore from backup. Never restore from a jailbroken backup. Setup as new device.
