Reverting to a older firmware?

Hey everyone, just a quick question.

My iPhone 4 (ATT) is running on iOS 5 beta, and I want to go back to a different firmware. I have my shsh blobs saved (from 4.2.1), but I have no idea how to even begin to get back to that firmware. Are my blobs even needed? I feel like a total noob but any help would be appreciated.

Use tinyUmbrella to revert back to your previous iOS. But you will have to download the iOS 4.2.1 manually to your computer first and then run tinyUmbrella, follow tinyUmbrella instructions.

So basically just download the ipsw?

then re-jailbreak and use tinyumbrella to get back to my old iphone?
