Do you mean like from 4 rings to 5 or 6, before it goes into voice mail? Or do you mean the length of your audio? In either case, I think it's going to be tough....

You can't increase, with itunes, it's 30s maxi, you can go more than 30s if u jailbreak.

I'm with tmobile in the uk and I can just phone a number
With a long code and my ring can be anylenth but I get more missed calls as peps do not wait until it picks up

30 seconds is the max but with open SSH you can put whole songs
