ringtone from website to iPhone? How?

I recently downloaded a ringtone from PISAMBA and text-ed and emailed it to my wife's iPhone. I'm finding it impossible to get it to the ringtone file in the phone. How is this done?

I put it into my iTunes on my PC and still can't do it.

PISAMBA even has the option to "Send to your iPhone" WTF?

In order to put ringtones on a iPhone is through iTunes. That method you used doesn't work. The ringtone has to be in m4r format. Download the ringtone to your pc and convert it. Then just drag the ringtone into iTunes and then your phone.
