Ringtone Help

I've just had my iPhone 4, i've looked on the internet to find out how to use a custom ringtone. i've followed the step by step guide that was posted on the net.. but when i get to the final stage i come across a problem.

(STEP 10. Go back to Finder and double-click on the ringtone file (.m4r) you have just renamed. The ringtone will automatically add it to iTunes’ ringtone library. You can now sync it to iPhone using iTunes. Enjoy your new ringtone!)

when i go into iTunes it doesnt show Ringtones in the Library section.. where could it be? Helppp please thanks

Try dragging and dropping into the ringtones folder in iTunes.

Drag it onto the desktop to rename it then just drag it back off the desktop into iTunes once it's renamed.

Ok i've done it, i had to go into Preferences and tick the Ringtone box for it to appear
i've got another problem though.. ive cut the song so its 30secs in length changed the extension to .mr4 but it won't add to the ringtones it just goes staright into where my other music is

use audiko.net should do it for you automatically, then drag them into your ringtone folder
