RMaker not playing music

So I've been trying to make some ringtones using RMaker, and suddenly it's not playing sounds of any type anymore. It's worked in the past for me, but suddenly I cannot hear any of the songs to divide them into ringtones. I even tried upgrading to the full version, but no luck. Can anyone give me tips on how to fix this?

Have you checked any other apps for the same issue? Checked the mute switch position? Checked the volume level?

All of my other apps play sound just fine, and the volume is turned all the way up. Mute is not on. Thanks for the attempts at help though! This is frustrating.

Ok. Double click the home button. This will bring up your task bar.

Hold down RMaker till it starts to wiggle.

Click the red and white minus symbol on it.

That will clear it from memory. Now relaunch it and see if that helps.
