Its too long to see
but have to restore settings.
and if it continues then reinstall latest version

Thank you. Sorry for being so simple, but what should I restore, and what should I reinstall? iOS 7.4? Any idea what the "bad Magic" is? Is it normal? And how did it get there? Again, sorry for all my questions.

"Bad Magic" is the error number that occurs when trying to decrypt a file in Open SSL. It's been discussed 484 times on 166 sites. It's just part of the diagnostics of the device. I wouldn't be concerned about it. I don't scrutinize my phones diagnostics, because I have no idea what all that means. You can always call an Apple technician and ask.

Ledsteplin thank you for your post. Unfortunately I removed a bulk of the op,s post as it makes no sense to 95% of our viewers and was far too long. A clearer description of the bug is all that is needed

Well sorry, I googled "bad magic " 50 times and have never found a single site that explained anything to me. But since it's been discussed 484 times on 166 sites I guess I better look again!
