Safe mode??

How to exit the safe mode?? Ive restarted it 20 times... What can i do? I have an iphone 4s jailbroken

If it keeps going into safemode that means you have an incompatible Cydia tweak installed. You have to uninstall that tweak before you can reboot to the normal springboard.

Just like Jmills87 said, you will have to uninstall the tweak/app you've installed and respiring the phone and it got into safe mode.

how do you figure out what apps are causing springboard crash please?

I would like to know this as well figuring out which tweak is causing this.

Uninstall suspect apps one by one until you can respring into normal mode. Then reinstall all but last removed app one by one.
