Saving sent emails

Does anyone know if there is a way to save sent emails from my iphone4 in either the Sent or Sent Items folder?

any message u send or receive is saved to your phone. Sent items are saved to the sent items folder in your mailbox and received emails stay in your inbox till you delete them.

I sent four email messages today but they are not in either the sent or sent items folder although the recipients did receive them.

Maybe someone else will have to chime in but by default when you setup your mail account it saves all incoming and outgoing mail messages in the appropriate folder.

When you go to your sent folder, give it a couple of seconds to update. It should be there.
