NcSettings is a Cydia Tweak which might just replace your SBSettings. It basically has all the functions of SBSettings in your Notification Center. You can do things like toggle WiFi, Volume, Rotation Lock, Brightness, Network, and more. Of course, within the settings you can turn off any of these settings which you don't use. NcSettings is a slim bar which slides so it doesn't take up too much room. You can find it for FREE under the ModMyi Repo in the Cydia Store.
