Screen Shrynked after installing packages from cydia.

Hi,

My iphone 4 has been working jsut fine since I jailbreaked on 5.0.1 untethered. I just installed callbar from cydia and the screen shrynked to the top left corner. Does any body know a permanent fix for this? Whenever I reboot the screen shows like the screenshot below...

Delete this from your cydia package It might not be ios5 ready or it could be servers are busy

The package says IOs5 ready. I also deleted from cydia using safemode and it still doing it after I reboot.

Very quick, simple fix for this. Put the device into MobileSubstrate Safe Mode and then take it out. You may have to do this after every boot, so consider whether the package is really worth it. If you have SBSettings, you can use the power button to activate Safe Mode. If not, there are numerous Cydia packages that add this functionality in the form of a Springboard icon.

Yeah, I've been doing that but I was hoping for a permanent fix
