Semi-tethered jailbreak

Hey guys I was just wondering what are the down sides of having a semi-tethered jail break and how complicated it is to do.

I want to know if you do need to reboot how hard is it to rejailbreak so you cydia apps etc work.

I've never jail broken before but I've done a lot of research since I had 4.3.5 and now 5.0 and not jailbreaking either one because I don't want a tethered jailbreak.

Anyway, you will have to jailbreak with redsn0W and then install semitether from cydia, not very complicated at all. If you need to reboot you will open redsn0W and go to extra and select Just boot very simple.
