We have several users in our company with personal iphone 5 and 5S models using Verizon carrier. Our organization has its own exchange server, which recently moved to the cloud. These users, when sending emails from their iphones are sending, but not showing up in sent items, and sometimes not going through to sender, or going through several hours later. This is only happening with iphone5 and 5S models with verizon. 4 models, and different iphone models using ATT, no issues. How do we fix? Verizon says its apple issue, and apple send us back to verizon.
