Sending Email from my phone

I'm having trouble sending email out from my phone but I can reserve the them with no problem. It says user was rejected my server. What should I change?

What Email are you using and how do you have it set up? Sounds like a wrong outgoing server.

Im using Hotmail and my out going sever says Smtp.live.com?
My in coming says that pop3 one

Those are the correct settings. From what I can find online, hotmail is extremely hit or miss.
