Server does not allow relaying

Hello,

Using emails is normally OK, but I have a problem if I am at work connected to our wi-if network. If I try to email someone I get a message

"The recipient was rejected by the server because it does not allow relaying"

Can anyone tell me what this means

if your using a isp email then you need to change the outgoing email settings when connected to another isp then the one the isp email is for
