Setting Synced ringtone

hi all ... I've trouble with setting my custom synced ringtones. I make a .M4r format of my music that I want to sync as ringtone and put it in the ringtone section and also activate the ringtone sync section in my itunes library but when I sync them I cant find them on my phone to set them as my default ringtone in Generals>Sounds>ringtones .... what should I do ?!

are the ringtones under 30 seconds?

No they are more than 50 seconds. Should they be under 30 seconds to show up in my phone ?!

yes no longer then 30 seconds... BUT if your jailbroken they can be as long as you want and you can upload it via SSH
